Getting to and from Burnley is a doddle. It’s got great public transport links and a motorway running through the town. If you’re driving here, take the exit at Junction 10 off the M65. If you’re arriving by train, Burnley Manchester Road is the main railway station in the town and has express services to Manchester, Blackpool, Preston, Leeds and York, which are all hub stations that connect to the rest of the country. Burnley Central is a second, smaller station which offers links to nearby towns like Accrington and Colne as well as Preston and Blackpool. There are bus stops located throughout the town with buses offering local routes as well as the X43 service to Manchester. Finally, if you’re travelling by air then Manchester Airport is your nearest and best option. It’s around an hour away by car or taxi, but if you’d prefer to stay nearby the night before you fly then we have plenty of hotels near Manchester Airport.
